Massage treatments can only be performed after full recovery and tissue healing following cosmetic or medical procedures.

Each case is individual and depends on the type of procedure and the time passed since treatment.

If there is a history of complex surgeries, injuries or serious conditions involving the face, jaw, neck or body, massage treatment may be limited or not recommended.

Facial Massages
We regularly take care of our bodies — through sport, yoga, Pilates, training, running, swimming and other physical activities to keep them slim, toned and beautiful. Yet our faces often don’t receive the same attention. Facial care is just as important. Facial massage isn’t just a relaxing treatment; it’s like a workout for the face, just as Pilates and other forms of exercise are for the body.
My signature facial massages work beyond the face, recognising the connection between the face, neck and body. Each treatment is designed to enhance and preserve your natural beauty — helping release tension, reduce puffiness and facial heaviness while supporting a naturally lifted, defined, more youthful appearance.
SKIN IS NOT THE ONLY REASON YOUR FACE CHANGES
Visible changes in the face occur far beyond the skin alone. The face is made up of interconnected structures — the skin, muscles, fascia, ligaments, fat pads and deeper tissues. Changes in one layer influence the others, setting off a chain of processes that alter the face over time.
Because all of these structures work together, focusing only on the surface of the skin is not enough. That is why Facial Fitness Australia is built on a signature system rather than a single technique. It combines multiple techniques and methods that work together and complement each other within one comprehensive approach, tailored to each client. The system works across the interconnected layers of the face while also considering the influence of the neck and body.
This approach allows us to work on the face in a deep and comprehensive way, addressing not only what is visible on the surface but also what happens beneath the surface of the skin.
Imagine that your body, neck and face as a ball of yarn. Tension, stress, harmful facial habits, poor posture, daily habits and the emotions we carry—along with how we use our bodies throughout our lives and what we do for them—accumulate and affect how we look and feel. Over time, this ball of yarn becomes twisted, compressed and tense.
My signature massage techniques help unwind this ball, thread by thread, relaxing, straightening and smoothing the tissues, helping release accumulated tension and soften areas of tightness.
I work with each client individually—each of us has our own characteristics: different facial types, skin conditions, ages and patterns of ageing. Everyone has their own tension, blocks and tightness.
Each of us needs an individual approach—a personalised blend of massage techniques selected for you.

Preserve Your Natural Beauty with the Signature Facial Massages at Facial Fitness Australia!
The face, neck and body are closely interconnected — what happens in the body can be reflected in the face. Age-related changes extend beyond the surface and involve the deeper tissues. The body can be compared to a coiled spring that becomes increasingly tense and compressed over time. Tension and areas of tightness build up and spread throughout the body, including the face and neck. We may not feel this tightness, having become accustomed to it and living in such a state for years, which can lead to unwanted changes in the body, neck and face and may accelerate signs of ageing.
That’s why my signature system combines individually tailored techniques to work with the muscles, fascia and deeper tissues of the face, neck and body as one connected system.
This systemic approach helps release accumulated tension and fascial restrictions, soften areas of tightness, reduce puffiness and facial heaviness and create a deep sense of relaxation and lightness throughout the face, neck and body — while supporting natural facial rejuvenation.

Five Signature Massages
Working with the face, jaw, head, neck and décolleté as one connected system, the treatment is performed entirely by hand. Tension in the neck and chest can pull the facial tissues downward and influence the way the face looks, which is why every massage includes work on the face and other areas.
By working with the muscles, fascia and deeper tissues of the face, jaw and neck, the massage helps ease accumulated tension, soften tight facial muscles, calm the nervous system, release fascial restrictions, support lymphatic flow and reduce puffiness. As tension within the tissues is released, the face naturally appears more lifted, sculpted and rejuvenated.

The gentle vacuum effect created by facial cupping helps stimulate lymphatic flow and reduce puffiness, which can make the face appear heavier and less defined. Combined with deep manual work with the muscles, fascia and deeper tissues of the face, jaw and neck, this treatment helps release accumulated tension, leaving the face looking lighter, more defined and naturally lifted.
Facial cupping is a gentle technique specifically designed for the face and is completely different from traditional body cupping.
The condition of the neck and chest can have a noticeable effect on the way the face looks, which is why the treatment extends beyond the face.

This treatment works with the face, head, neck and body — areas that directly influence the way your face looks. What makes this treatment unique is that these areas are treated as one connected system. Body techniques are used to stimulate the lymphatic system throughout the body, release accumulated tension and improve posture, enhancing the results on the face and neck.
The main focus of the treatment remains on the face and neck. Working with the muscles, fascia and deeper tissues, the treatment helps release tightness and reduce puffiness, leaving your face looking naturally lifted, defined and refreshed.
Unlike a traditional body massage, the focus is on supporting the lymphatic system, releasing tension and enhancing the results on the face and neck rather than providing deep muscle work.

F.A.Q.
—
frequently asked questions
1. How often should I get a facial massage?
Every person is unique — facial anatomy, tension levels, puffiness, posture, lifestyle and personal goals are always different. That’s why there is no universal schedule — the frequency of treatments is always individual.

  • One-off massage

You can book a single massage session — it helps relax facial muscles, activate lymphatic flow, release accumulated tension and provides a noticeable anti-stress effect for the face and neck. After the session, the face often feels lighter and more refreshed.

  • Course of treatments

Most often, I recommend a course of 3−7 sessions once a week, followed by maintenance treatments 1−2 times per month. This approach helps gently release chronic tension and gradually improve and maintain the condition of the face and neck.

  • Maintenance option

Many clients choose facial massage 1−2 times per month or come less frequently — once every few months — at a rhythm that feels comfortable for them. This is also a valid and effective option.
After the first session, I provide individual recommendations if needed. To maintain results, consistency is important — in a format that suits you best.
In practice, many people return again and again because after the massage they feel lightness, calmness and a boost of energy, puffiness is reduced and the face looks more relaxed and naturally lifted.
2. Will I see results after just one session?
Yes. Results can be seen and felt after just one treatment — you can notice changes not only in how your face looks, but also in how it feels.
Facial massage works with the muscles, fascia and deeper tissues to release accumulated tension and soften areas of tightness. It helps reduce puffiness and facial heaviness and support a naturally more youthful, refreshed and relaxed appearance.
However, every face responds differently. The duration of the result depends on regularity, lifestyle, accumulated tension and visible signs of aging.
Facial massage works like fitness for the body: with regular sessions, accumulated tension releases, while the results can be maintained and enhanced over time. It’s a gentle process of restoration and deep relaxation that helps keep the face refreshed, lifted and naturally rejuvenated.
It’s hard to describe in words the sensations and effects after my massage — it’s something special. You just need to try it once to feel it for yourself.
Tension, tightness, puffiness, facial heaviness and other changes can build up over the years, so releasing what has accumulated takes time and consistency.
3.  I’m visiting the Gold Coast. Can I have several treatments during my stay?
If you’re visiting the Gold Coast for a limited time, I can create an individual treatment plan based on the length of your stay, your goals and what your face and body need. Depending on the individual, treatments may be scheduled daily, every other day or at another suitable rhythm.
Each treatment is individually tailored to your needs, with the techniques, areas of focus and intensity adjusted throughout your stay when needed.
Even within a limited time, this personalised approach can help release accumulated tension and tightness, reduce puffiness and facial heaviness, support lymphatic flow and provide deep relaxation. As tension is released, the face can look fresher, more defined, naturally lifted and rejuvenated.
You’re welcome to contact me before your visit so we can plan the most suitable treatment schedule for your time on the Gold Coast.
4. What skin types is facial massage suitable for?
Facial massage is suitable for all skin types. The main requirement is that the skin is fully healed and has no active inflammation.
The treatment is not performed if there are fresh injuries, sunburn, open wounds, active breakouts, etc.
Once your skin has fully healed, you’re welcome to come for your massage.
5. Are there any contraindications for facial massage?
Yes, any illness that is currently active or in an acute stage.
Wait until you have fully recovered, then come for your massage.
6. Can I get a massage after surgery, cosmetic or medical procedures?
Yes, but only after full recovery and tissue healing. Each case is individual and depends on the type of surgery or procedure and the time since it was performed.
After complex surgery, cosmetic or medical procedures, please consult your doctor before returning to massage treatments.
Once you have fully recovered, you can return to massage.
7. Is the facial massage painful?
My facial massages are about deep relaxation and gentle work with the muscles, fascia and deeper tissues. The techniques are delicate and caring.
During the session, you may feel light pressure, warmth or gentle stretching. Everyone experiences the massage differently — areas with accumulated tension may feel more sensitive or have a mild "good soreness" feeling, while many clients find the massage deeply relaxing and pleasant from the very first session.
If certain areas have been under strong tension for a long time, you may notice slight sensitivity the next day. This is a natural response as the tissues adjust to a more relaxed state and long-held tension is released.
The massage brings a feeling of release and lightness as the face and neck finally relax after accumulated stress, tightness and tension. It leaves a special sense of calm and inner well-being — a state you’ll want to return to again and again.
8.  Will facial massage help if my face looks tired and puffy?
Yes, lymphatic drainage and deep work with the muscles, fascia and deeper tissues help improve circulation, reduce fluid retention and effectively minimise puffiness, helping to relieve facial heaviness. The face looks fresher, naturally lifted and well-rested.
9. Will facial massage help with jaw tension and teeth clenching?
Yes, facial massage can help release jaw tension, relieve tightness in the chewing muscles and reduce discomfort.
I work with the face, jaw and neck, selecting and combining techniques based on your individual needs. This helps soften tight facial muscles, release built-up tension and ease tightness in the deeper tissues, restoring a feeling of lightness and ease.
Regular sessions gently help relieve accumulated tension in the jaw muscles that can build up over time in everyday life.
10. Will facial massage help if I feel tension in my neck?
Yes, facial massage helps gently release accumulated tension and tightness in the neck and shoulder area. These areas often become overworked due to poor posture, stress, daily habits and the way we use our body — and because the face and neck are closely interconnected, this can contribute to puffiness, facial heaviness and less defined contours.
During the massage, I work with the muscles, fascia and deeper tissues of the face and neck, helping to release accumulated tension, soften areas of tightness, reduce puffiness and facial heaviness and support lymphatic flow. After the session, the face and neck feel lighter and more relaxed, while the face looks fresher, more defined and naturally lifted.
Regular sessions help gently release accumulated tension and tightness that can build up over the years, helping to maintain a more relaxed state in the face and neck.
11. Can facial massage relieve the heavy, tense feeling in my face?
Facial massage helps release accumulated tension, soften areas of tightness and reduce the feeling of heaviness in the face.
I use a combination of techniques individually selected for you to work with the muscles, fascia and deeper tissues, support lymphatic flow and reduce puffiness. After the session, the face feels lighter and more relaxed and looks fresher, more defined and naturally lifted.
12. Can I get a massage after Botox, fillers, threads or other cosmetic or aesthetic procedures?
Yes, facial massage can be incorporated alongside many cosmetic and aesthetic treatments, but only after full recovery and tissue healing.
Each case is individual and depends on the type of procedure, the treated area and how much time has passed since it was performed.
For guidance on how long you should wait before returning to facial massage, please consult the specialist who performed your procedure.
Before your first massage, you’ll complete a short questionnaire so I can take your recent procedures into account and tailor the treatment to your individual needs.
13. Can facial massage help reduce puffiness and improve the condition of the face after cosmetic, dental or surgical procedures?
Yes. Recovery after cosmetic, dental or surgical procedures is individual and puffiness, facial heaviness and tension may remain for some time.
Once you have fully recovered and the tissues have healed, facial massage can help support lymphatic flow, reduce puffiness and facial heaviness, release accumulated tension and soften areas of tightness. This can help the face feel lighter and more relaxed, while looking fresher and more defined.
Please consult your doctor or the specialist who performed your procedure about when you can return to facial massage.
14. Why does the face reflect how we live?
We live under constant stress and in a fast rhythm — tension, emotions and fatigue gradually build up and show on the face.
Our inner state is reflected in the body — creating tightness, tension, changes in posture and facial appearance. Over time, these patterns can affect the muscles, fascia and deeper tissues, influence lymphatic flow and make the face look tired, puffy and less defined.
Facial massage is a natural approach to facial rejuvenation, working with the face, neck and body as one connected system. Through work with the muscles, fascia and deeper tissues, it helps release accumulated tension, stimulate lymphatic flow, reduce puffiness and facial heaviness, supporting a refreshed, more defined and naturally lifted appearance.
Regular sessions help maintain these results and prevent tension, tightness and puffiness from building up over time — rather than waiting until the face and body are already asking for help.
It’s self-care that works best when it’s consistent — like a regular service for your car — helping keep your face naturally youthful, refreshed, defined and lifted.
15. Is facial massage an alternative to Botox, fillers and other cosmetic procedures?
Yes, it can be. Facial massage is a natural approach to facial rejuvenation that can be chosen as a standalone alternative to cosmetic and aesthetic treatments or combined with them. These are different approaches that work in different ways and the choice depends on your individual goals and preferences.
Some clients prefer a completely natural approach and come for facial massage regularly, while others choose to incorporate facial massage alongside other treatments as part of their personal approach to facial care.
Yes, it can be. Facial massage is a natural approach to facial rejuvenation that can be chosen as a standalone alternative to cosmetic and aesthetic treatments or combined with them. These are different approaches that work in different ways and can address different needs.
Some clients prefer a completely natural approach and come for facial massage regularly, while others combine facial massage with different treatments depending on their individual goals and preferences.
By working with the muscles, fascia and deeper tissues, supporting lymphatic flow and releasing accumulated tension, facial massage can help reduce puffiness and facial heaviness, soften areas of tightness and support a fresher, more defined and naturally lifted appearance.
With regular sessions, facial massage becomes a natural way to care for your face and maintain and enhance the results over time.
16. Can emotional release happen during or after a massage?
Yes. Some people may experience an emotional response during or after a massage, particularly as the body and nervous system move into a deeply relaxed state.
Over time, stress, emotional strain and difficult life experiences can contribute to patterns of tension and tightness in the body, particularly in areas such as the jaw, face and neck.
As the muscles, fascia, deeper tissues  and the nervous system settles, some clients may experience emotional release, deep relaxation, sleepiness or a feeling of lightness. Sometimes emotions may unexpectedly come to the surface — a person may feel like crying, remember something they have been through or simply feel the need to talk. Everyone responds differently.
This is a natural response and can be a sign that the body is beginning to let go of accumulated tension and stress.
After an emotional release, some clients describe feeling as though they have let go of something they had been carrying for a long time. This can bring a sense of lightness, calm and relief.
This is why I approach long-held tension gently and progressively. I often think of it like carefully unravelling a ball of yarn — little by little, rather than pulling at everything at once. Regular sessions allow this work to continue gradually and help prevent tension and tightness from building up again over time.
17. Can natural facial rejuvenation courses replace professional facial massage treatments?
During a professional treatment, I work directly with your face using my hands. My professional experience and hands-on work allow me to feel areas of tension and tightness, work more deeply and from different angles and combine techniques depending on what I see and feel and what your face needs during that particular session. The work is not limited to the face — it includes the jaw, head, neck and body, allowing for deeper and more comprehensive work.
My natural facial rejuvenation courses are a complete, independent approach with their own system of work and results. The techniques are specifically designed for self-practice and allow you to work regularly with your face, neck and posture at home — addressing the muscles, tension, lymphatic flow and other factors that influence the condition and appearance of the face. This is not a simplified version of professional massage, but an independent self-rejuvenation practice with its own purpose, possibilities and results.
You can choose either approach independently or combine them. These are two complete methods of natural facial rejuvenation, each with its own possibilities and effects. When combined, the possibilities of both methods come together and work alongside each other, enhancing the overall effect of natural facial rejuvenation.
18. Is parking available?
Yes, private parking is available for clients.
19. Where are you located?
